2025 - 2026 Winter Training
December 1 - February 20 (off December 22 - January 2)
Two registration options for the 10 week season (2 weeks off).
Three days of indoor training- Tuesday (mandatory) and choose two days from either Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
Four days of indoor training- Tuesday (mandatory), Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Indoor Rowing
Practice four times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:00 - 6:45pm
Tuesday - Crosstraining /erging
Wednesday - Crosstraining /erging
Thursday - Weightlifting / erging
Weightlifting will be led by Dylan Confar, a USA Weightlifting coach
Friday - Yoga / erging
