HOMESCHOOL REC ROWING

Rowing is fun, outside, amazing exercise, and a place to make new friends

Our homeschool program is for boys and girls ages 12-18. This is an introductory, noncompetitive class in which participants have an opportunity to try rowing in a fun and safe environment. Rowers take turns in every seat, including the coxswain seat, and get a taste of the amazing sport. Rowers have the option to participate in the local scrimmage on Lake Townsend, but are not required to row in that event.  If a rower falls in love with the sport and decides to join our competitive team, the Homeschool Rec Rowing fee will be applied to the competitive team fee.
